We arrived at the hotel late evening and noticed the hotel needed a lick of paint, we booked a family room, which was one big room with 2 double beds, not very convenient if you have kids, the breakfast in the morning was an acquired taste. The Hotel is 25 minutes walk from the nearest metro near the end of the line. The morning we were checking out I found a pet in the room (Cockroach) and I had to pay an extra tax of 24 Euros for 4 people for 2 nights. This Hotel is better suited to backpackers and school trips on a budget who like pets.
This is a good hotel if you want to save some money, it's so simple and old but it's also comfortable enough
The toilet is old and noisy
I liked the cleanliness of the room we stayed in. Bathroom was a nice size compared to other places we stayed.
No Wifi. This hotel said they had wifi when I booked but it didn't work when we got there. We felft disconnected from the world with being able to check our email or info about exploring the city. Big dissapointed. Also the location is a far walk to the metro. We found out you can take a bus to the metro but the hotel staff should have told us beforehand. There is also a city tax that you must pay in cash which was 3 euro per person per day. The towels in the room where more like sheets and not actual towels.
The breackfast was very limited
The only good thing I can say about the hotel is the location - especially if you are with a car and you want to spend a day in the city. The free parking, location next to the ring expressway and short walk to the metro are an advantage.
Compared to other hotels in Rome with similar locations and prices - it is really very poor - rooms are looking very bad, beds are very uncomfortable, the noise isolation for neighboring rooms/corridors is very poor. As we entered the room, all we wanted is to really spend minimal time there...
Very nice staff, kind and clean.
No transport to Metro station, it is in a distence of walking, but not convinient with lugage.
Because is an tranzit hotel, we didn't like the noise in the night and the same poorly breakfast every day. The "natural orange juice' is "something dangerous" for me .
The Reception staff were friendly and helpful in advice about getting into the centre of the city. The room was spotless and change of linen every day.
Was a bit far out of centre. Ok if you are fit and healthy. So would not recommend it unless you are in this category.
Location is far away from the train station. Local bus is always crowded. Walk from bus stop is quite far away. Hotel did not have free WiFi, and the paid WiFi service at the lobby is down for the entire three nights stay.
Hotel was reasonable, staff good with a good command of English, Rooms clean & reasonable. Beds changed every day. Breakfast was more than enough with ham, cheese cereal, scrambled eggs etc.Would stop there again, we had a great week.
The staff, very helpful and good in English..
A little too noisy ac
for the price paid the hotel was excellent value. the hotel staff were very nice and helpful. sheets and towels were changed everyday.
as previously stated the room walls do not dampen sound very well. the hotel decor in general is a bit tired ,probably built in the seventies.
Nice hotel, excellent breakfast, clean rooms everyday and good service.
Hard to find on arrival, buses not very dependable. One night we waited for almost 2 hours in Cornelia.
Hotel was run down, rooms small and old, breakfast very average and not much variety.
Friendly staff...close to taxi stand..
Facilities are run down and in need of repair - both inside and outside. Rooms are fairly small.
